Pretty little liars "Blind Dates" episode question about promo?

Okay so right after I watched "My Name is Trouble", There was a promo
on much music and Alison was in it.
She was in a chair which looked like she was in the therapists office.
Funny though, Hanna is also in the therapists office saying to the
lady that Ali's still with us.
I read a really good comment that someone posted on one of the picture
for next week, they said that Ali might be living in her old house and
Jason doesn't want anyone to know because he put up newspapers to hide
her inside her room.

Okay now Ali is dead. But in the promo she doesn't look dead. And plus
in the books theres that thing about Courtney and Ali and their
switcharoo. Could this mean that they are finally bringing in the
Courtney thing?

Do you guys think that Ali is dead? What about the therapists office
thing?
